Job Overview

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for streamlining the process of ordering and fulfillment for our nurse entrepreneurs, ensuring they can easily acquire the supplies they need to serve their clients.

In this position, you'll manage the supply chain operations and fulfillment process, including:

  • Setting up new accounts eligible to use our supplies platform

  • Monitoring our platform for incoming orders and payments

  • Placing orders with suppliers when an order is received through our platform

  • Daily reconciliations between our platform orders and supplier orders

  • Providing occasional customer service via email to resolve lost or incorrectly placed orders

  • Escalating any serious issues to your manager

  • Identifying opportunities to improve the process

  • Performing additional ad hoc tasks as requested by your manager or the product and engineering team

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience working with US customers in a similar role (e.g., e-commerce store management)

  • Knowledge of Shopify and other similar platforms

  • Basic data analysis skills using tools like Microsoft Excel

  • A reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • High attention to detail and reliability

  • The ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively
