We're seeking a highly skilled Direct Response Creative Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-performing ad concepts, conducting market research, and analyzing performance data to optimize creative output.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative ad concepts tailored for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms
  • Create direct response copy and creative briefs with strong hooks, pacing, and structure
  • Conduct thorough market research to uncover customer pain points, desires, and objections
  • Analyze performance data to iterate on ad creative and improve conversions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a direct response or performance creative role
  • Deep understanding of video pacing, ad storytelling, attention hooks, and scroll psychology
  • Strong direct response copywriting ability, particularly for Meta video ads
  • Able to leverage AI tools to increase output without sacrificing quality
  • Fast-paced and detail-oriented, with excellent self-management skills
  • Strong grasp of fundamental marketing principles and avatar-specific messaging
