Job Overview

This position will support Level 2 and out-of-scope requests, attending internal and external clients to secure optimal services. The role will monitor Service Level Agreement performance and follow up on internal indicators.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical CRM support for basic level services, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of transactions processed.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators such as Productivity, Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Business Output.
  • Support general Business Support Department processes and services with basic or CRM Assistant level expertise.
  • Operational SLA compliance, reporting, and metrics management.
  • Customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score improvement.
  • Project support and ad-hoc duties assistance.
Essential Requirements:
  • Strong relationship building skills and experience working with customers.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning systems and Customer Relationship Management tools.
  • Presentation abilities and impact are crucial in this role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Customer Service, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
