  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable with high attention to detail.
  • Reconcile financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
  • Work with our specialized operational software (Guerilla Desk) for billing integration.
  • Generate and review financial reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Strong bookkeeping background with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Professional English communication skills.
  • Available during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
