Senior Financial Professional

Our organization is seeking an accomplished Senior Financial Professional to join our financial team. In this key role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and providing valuable insights to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts at the end of each month to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process accounts receivable and payable, handle monthly payroll using accounting software, and compile, analyze, and report financial data.
  • Present data to our CEO and managers, monitor financial transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Perform audits and resolve discrepancies, keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA) or a related field.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping software and experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or MYOB.
  • At least one year of US Payroll experience and working remotely as an accountant.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, and must be technologically savvy with PC.
  • Understanding of mathematics and accounting, and financial processes.
  • Ability to prepare, review, and understand a financial statement.
