Job Title: Workday Time and Absence Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization as a certified Workday expert. As a Workday Time and Absence Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and testing Workday solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in Workday Payroll product suite, particularly Absence & Time Tracking.
  • Lead deployment teams or coach others to gather business requirements, design configurations, and test Workday solutions.
  • Work with clients and data conversion teams to convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Collaborate with integration consulting teams to configure and test integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model.
Requirements:
  • Current Workday Time Tracking Certification.
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company.
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously.
