Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager will play a critical role in driving the company's financial performance by delivering clear, data-driven insights to guide strategic planning and operational decision-making.

This role is essential in supporting leadership with accurate financial reporting, budget monitoring, and cost management—ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards to provide leadership with clear visibility into the company's financial health and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the creation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with department heads and business units.
  • Perform detailed financial and market analysis for potential new business ventures—such as new sites or brand launches—to support executive-level investment decisions.
  • Track actual vs. budgeted expenditures for each department, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to control costs.
  • Act as a financial advisor to various departments, supporting them in planning, strategy, and performance optimization.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose financial strategies or process improvements to enhance cost-effectiveness across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong foundation in financial and management accounting principles. Certified Management Accounting is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in management reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis, preferably within publicly listed restaurant chains and local fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies.
  • Proven track record of managing a team, with a minimum of 3 direct reports, and demonstrated ability to lead and mentor staff.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data into business insights. Skilled at influencing strategic decisions through data.
  • Proficient in SAP, Oracle, or other major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Accounting Systems.
