Job Title: Credit Officer

Credit evaluation and decision-making are crucial responsibilities for this role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing creditworthiness and making informed decisions regarding home loan/mortgage applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate applications based on available data to ensure accuracy and adherence to established credit policies and procedures.
  • Render appropriate credit decisions and perform system confirmations within delegated authority.
  • Recommend credit decisions and forward applications to approvers for confirmation when necessary.
  • Update and verify the accuracy of data encoded in the system prior to application confirmation.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily productivity reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail credit review, covering application processing and evaluation.
