Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Service Manager, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and lead a team of Team Leaders who oversee frontline agents in a 24/7 contact center environment. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the department meets key performance metrics, including quality, CSAT, attendance, adherence, and overall service delivery.
