Job Responsibilities

As a Service Manager, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and lead a team of Team Leaders who oversee frontline agents in a 24/7 contact center environment. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the department meets key performance metrics, including quality, CSAT, attendance, adherence, and overall service delivery.

This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to develop and coach leaders, and a proactive approach to driving performance improvements. You will work closely with the client, leading Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
