Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Leader to join our team at Elite Headhunting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations and managing a team of ecomm chat agents. Your primary focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer experiences through efficient handling of customer inquiries, processing refunds and replacements, and resolving claims related to fraud orders.

In this role, you will also oversee the problem-solving and process accountability for our service center network of a home appliance brand. You will work closely with our team to set processes in place, ensure accountability, and drive results. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience handling customer service operations or a distribution company, preferably in industries such as mobile phones, tech, laptops, home appliances, or audio. They will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee customer service operations and manage a team of ecomm chat agents
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences through efficient handling of customer inquiries
• Process refunds and replacements, and resolve claims related to fraud orders
• Oversee problem-solving and process accountability for the service center network of a home appliance brand

Requirements:
