Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for generating insights from data and communicating them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your primary focus will be on internal analysis and insights, with opportunities to support client meetings as a subject-matter expert. If you have a passion for working with large datasets, BI tools, and cloud data environments, this role may be the perfect fit for you.


Responsibilities
  • Support internal analyses and generate actionable insights from data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop clear and compelling reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that drive impact.
Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and R programming languages.
  • Applied expertise in statistical modeling and experimental design, including sampling, confidence intervals, and agreement metrics.
  • Experience working with moderate-to-large datasets and ability to scale analyses as data volume grows.
  • Familiarity with BI/visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Sisense, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud data environments is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 3+ years of experience in a quantitative role, with a proven track record of driving business results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience.
