Job Title: Operations Manager - Design Services

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage our Network Planning Team.

The successful candidate will oversee project resourcing, team performance, and budget management while driving strategic initiatives that improve efficiency and align with company goals.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve results.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage 3–6 Design Team Leads of varying seniority levels.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while managing onboarding and continuous training programs.
  • Conduct performance assessments, provide regular feedback, and take appropriate performance management actions.
  • Manage workload distribution and ensure quality outputs for all stakeholder projects.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture across dispersed geographies.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Operations Management.
  • Strong understanding of Telecommunications FTTx network design and engineering.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve results.
  • Analytical and data-driven, capable of identifying trends and making informed decisions.
  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Proven experience in workforce management and leadership roles.
