Remote Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Strategist to support our client's marketing functions.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time remote opportunity for someone who has a passion for digital marketing, can work independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building and automating HubSpot CRM, managing social media platforms, and creating engaging content. They must be proactive, able to manage their own responsibilities, and have excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Social Media Management: Manage and execute a content calendar; write and schedule engaging posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  2. HubSpot CRM Management: Add, update, and organize contacts, companies, and deals. Support setup of basic automation workflows and email sequences.
  3. Sales and Business Development Support: Conduct lead research, build prospect lists, track email engagement, and document interactions.
  4. Administrative Support: Set and manage appointments using Calendly and Google Calendar. Create visual marketing content and reports using Canva or PowerPoint.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing, CRM, or VA role.
  • Bachelor's degree related to the role.
  • Must have US experience.
  • Must have experience in building and automating HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Experience using Canva, PowerPoint, and MS or Google Workspace.
  • Must be proactive and able to manage own responsibilities.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
