Digital Marketing Specialist

A high-impact role for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid ads, email marketing, and Shopify site management. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, blending data with creativity to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Advertising (Google & Meta Ads):
    • Strong foundational knowledge of Google Ads, including Performance Max (PMAX), Shopping, and Search Campaigns.
    • Compelling ad copy, keyword research, and campaign data analysis to improve ROI.
    • Familiarity with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) is a plus.
  • Shopify Management:
    • Confident working with the Shopify Theme Editor and various Shopify apps.
    • Troubleshooting basic Shopify bugs, maintaining store hygiene, and resolving customer/order issues.
    • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, Shopify Analytics.
    • Strong aesthetic eye, brand understanding, and conversion-focused mindset for landing page ideation and CRO.
    • Proficient in Canva for creative ideation and design briefs.
  • SEO and Organic Traffic Growth:
    • Hands-on experience with tools like Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, and Bing Webmaster Tools.
    • Collaborating with SEO agencies to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, clicks, and CTR.
  • Email Marketing & Automation:
    • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo.
    • Understanding of key D2C email flows, including Welcome Series, Cart Abandonment, and Lead Magnets.
    • Ideating emails, reviewing copy/design, and suggesting improvements based on brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration, Teamwork & Coordination:
    • Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
    • Coordinating asset needs, including Google Shopping thumbnails, landing page creatives, and email visuals.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in DTC or eCommerce.
  • Confident with marketing analytics, KPIs, and performance reporting.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads (PMAX, Shopping, Search); Meta Ads is a plus.
  • Hands-on with Shopify, Google Analytics, GTM, Semrush, and Google Search Console.
  • Sharp eye for copy, design, UX, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Proficient with AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini for marketing tasks, content creation, and troubleshooting.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in fast-paced environments.
