About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tools.

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs aligned with business objectives.
  • You will collaborate with content and design teams to produce engaging content for each stage of the customer journey.
  • You will manage and optimize the company's website, online store, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • You will plan, control, and optimize the digital marketing budget across multiple channels.
  • You will run A/B tests to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
  • You will monitor campaign performance, prepare monthly reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • You will stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, platforms, and tools to continuously improve strategy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, or social media marketing, ideally within the consumer/e-commerce/retail industry.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM optimization, content marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into strategy.
  • Highly goal-driven, able to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A strong team player who can collaborate across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
