We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Matching Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for comprehending client requirements, assessing candidate profiles, and ensuring the best possible matches between opportunities and talent.

Your key responsibilities will include reviewing client needs, screening candidate profiles, resumes, and skill sets, submitting shortlisted candidates with accurate notes and details, coordinating interviews between clients and candidates, maintaining accurate records of candidates, clients, and placements, providing regular updates and feedback to clients and candidates throughout the process, and maintaining an organized pipeline of talent for current and future openings.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in candidate sourcing and research is essential
  • You must have strong attention to detail and ability to quickly assess candidate fit
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are required
  • You should be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savviness with the ability to use CRM tools is a must
About this Role

This position requires a strong understanding of candidate profiling, matching algorithms, and data analysis. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your expertise to identify top talent that meet their requirements.

In addition to your technical skills, you must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
