Senior Growth Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned growth marketing expert to join our team. As a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid acquisition strategies across key platforms.

You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to drive high-quality leads, reduce customer acquisition cost, and ensure our brand reaches the right audience at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Channel Management: Own and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Conversion-Focused Campaigns: Build and manage full-funnel campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and demos for our sales team.
  • Ad Creative & Copywriting: Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with our design team on visuals that perform.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Work with our web and content team to ensure ad traffic converts.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights using tools like GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.
  • Audience Targeting: Continuously test and refine targeting strategies, including job titles, industries, and company sizes.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B performance/growth marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (Microsoft Ads is a plus).
  • Proven track record of generating leads and optimizing campaigns for conversions in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience working with performance dashboards and marketing analytics tools.
