Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of payroll and various related services to our employees.

This is an exciting opportunity for a client-facing professional who can contribute to the success of our organization.


Job Responsibilities

The Payroll Associate will be responsible for reviewing incoming payrolls to ensure accuracy of funding requests, managing the scheduling of signatories and coordinating the choice of superannuation fund administration.

Additionally, the successful candidate will support the onboarding and training of new signatories and preparation of relocation payments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.


Requirements
  • 1-3 years' experience in International and AU Payroll
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • A good understanding of basic accounting principles and payroll procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills
