About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in finance and accounting, who can lead and manage teams effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Develop and implement work plans, oversee resource allocation, and ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding of team members.
  • Teamwork Effectiveness and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, conduct operations delivery meetings, and monitor productivity.
  • Problem Solving and Issues Resolution: Identify and resolve issues promptly, make informed decisions, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Driving Change and Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities for improvement, implement digital solutions, and drive results-driven initiatives.
  • People Management: Supervise junior managers, senior consultants, and junior consultants, communicate goals, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Developing Others: Mentor, coach, and develop team members, evaluate performance, and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Account/Client Management: Understand client needs, onboard clients, and manage engagement deliverables, financial reports, and customer satisfaction.
  • Business/Financial Management: Analyze account profitability, manage revenue portfolios, and recommend process improvements.
  • Others: Participate in business development activities, protect organizational value, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with supervisory or management experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel and engage with clients as needed.
