Job Description

A visionary leader is needed to drive the financial strategy of multiple education businesses. The Division CFO will be responsible for designing and implementing a streamlined, AI-powered financial infrastructure that fuels hypergrowth phases, eliminating inefficiency while maximizing scalability and impact.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can pioneer an AI-powered financial ecosystem that renders traditional team structures obsolete. The successful candidate will have expertise in crafting and evolving cutting-edge AI-integrated financial systems, authoring strategic design decisions, and providing expert written feedback.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of executive finance leadership with comprehensive oversight of all finance functions. They will also possess superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of effective engagement at an executive level.

This position is a full-time, long-term opportunity requiring independence and self-motivation. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA)
  • Minimum 10 years in progressive finance leadership positions (Finance Manager, Controller, CFO, or comparable roles) with demonstrable advancement
  • Proven track record in executive finance leadership (SVP, CFO, or equivalent) with comprehensive oversight of all finance functions
  • Expert knowledge of US GAAP and integrated financial reporting
  • Extensive experience optimizing and managing ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, etc.), preferably in multi-entity organizational structures
  • Successfully managed or participated in at least 5 external audits with Big 4 accounting firms, from either perspective
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of effective executive-level engagement
