Loss Prevention Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Loss Prevention Analyst to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing video footage from self-service stores and identifying potential theft incidents.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of surveillance footage to identify and document theft incidents.
  • Classify and interpret events in video feeds according to established guidelines.
  • Process theft reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members through internal communication channels.
  • Provide customer support and manage operational tasks as needed.
  • Update and maintain theft tracking systems.

  • Ability to maintain focus while reviewing video content.
  • Excellent written communication skills.

  • 5-day intensive training program.
