Security Operations Coordinator

This role is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of a store environment through vigilant observation and swift incident response.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor surveillance cameras to identify and respond to potential security threats, suspicious activity, or incidents.
- Observe customer behavior during check-in and check-out to deter theft and fraud.
- Document and report any incidents, suspicious activity, or security breaches to appropriate personnel.
- Respond promptly to alarms, alerts, or emergency situations as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all activities, incidents, and observations.
- A detail-oriented individual with excellent observation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
