As a senior technical analyst/M365 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving complex issues, collaborating with colleagues, and mentoring junior team members.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT infrastructure and application support, including knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Premium, Windows Server Admin, Exchange server admin, and other relevant technologies.

We are looking for a customer-focused individual who can communicate effectively at various levels of an organization and provide excellent service to internal and external clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise, participate in regular audits, and contribute to the creation of configuration documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in IT infrastructure and application support
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, primarily Azure and M365
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior team members
