Job Description

The Business Continuity Officer is responsible for ensuring the organization's ability to withstand and recover from disruptions. This includes coordinating with senior management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing business continuity plans.

  • Provide guidance and support to implement the BCM program
  • Coordinate with Senior Management Team during actual incidents or potential unplanned business interruptions
  • Collaborate with Incident Management Committee for all sites and ensure proper coverage across the organization
  • Liaise with incident owners on any incident reported through IMC that may potentially disrupt business operations
  • Subject-Matter-Expert in administering Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, and identifying BC strategies required in the development of Business Continuity Plans supported in the organization
  • Work closely with Operations and Client Services across the organization to ensure an effective understanding of Business Continuity Plans of the organization and their campaigns

This role requires a strong understanding of business continuity life cycles and methodologies, as well as experience in stakeholder management, occupational safety & health, and business process outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities include:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Professional certification and training (DRII, BCI, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the Business Continuity Life Cycle and Methodologies
  • Experience in stakeholder management, occupational safety & health, and business process outsourcing
