Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our call center team.

  • This role will be a key contributor in the success of our organization, ensuring patient experience and performance objectives are met through efficient call center operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required, with at least 10 years of call center experience including 5 years of management experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing a team of at least 50 employees.
  • Familiarity with call center technology and management systems is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient call center operations policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Maintain high-quality customer service by monitoring calls and providing timely support.
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled call center team.
