This includes planning, development, reporting and implementation in collaboration with the programs team. The director also assists with operational functions and may serve as acting supervisor in the absence of the director and assistant director.\.par{\\(To perform this job successfully, you must have:\.list{· A high school diploma or equivalent.\.list{· Three years of experience working with youth in an education and/or art setting.\.list{· Working knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google productivity applications.\.list{· Ability to deal effectively with multi-age groups of children, small groups and large groups.\.list{· Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.\.list{· Ability to interact professionally with the public, families and members.\.p In addition to an application, resume and cover letter (optional), completion of our Culture Index Survey is required for consideration.\.p Hours: 2PM-5:30PM (hours are flexible)\.p Compensation: $17-$22 per hour\
