Job Description:

We are seeking an Administrative HR Professional to support our Recruitment and HR Operations teams at San Miguel Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes, processing statutory applications, and managing document filing and tracking.

About the Role:

The Administrative HR Professional will assist Recruitment and HR Operations teams in their day-to-day tasks, ensuring timely delivery of outputs. This includes sourcing candidates using various channels, encoding invited candidates in the database tracker, and conducting interviews for entry-level and supervisory positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment process for assigned accounts
  • Sourcing
    • Source candidates using various sourcing channels
    • Invite agreed number of candidates per month using various sourcing channels
    • Encode all invited candidates in Database tracker
  • Exam Administration
  • Interviewing/Profiling
    • Conduct calibration sessions with clients to ensure match between manpower requirement and candidates endorsed
    • Conduct interviews for entry-level and supervisory positions (as assigned)
    • Schedule candidates for Line Interview for all positions handled
  • Job Offer
  • Pre-employment Requirements – assist HR Associate for Recruitment in verifying completion of requirements submitted by identified candidates
  • Ensure 100% of HRFs are served within allotted SLA
  • Update Candidate Application Tracker regularly and accurately
  • Send Daily Recruitment Update to stakeholders in a timely manner
