About the Role

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing key financial insights and support to drive business growth and profitability.

This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality products and services, supporting global operations through finance, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support strategic planning and budgeting initiatives for product teams.
  • Analyze and interpret large data sets to deliver actionable business insights.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product managers to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Publish accurate and timely financial commentary on product performance.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to inform strategic and operational decisions.
  • Design and maintain efficient financial models and reporting tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data.
  • Driven, detail-oriented, and accurate under pressure.
  • Willings to pursue professional certifications like CIMA or ACCA.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
