About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business success by delivering timely and accurate financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning FP&A workflows and ensuring seamless delivery of reports
  • Supporting strategic initiatives across the organization
  • Maintaining and updating dynamic operating models and cash flow forecasts
  • Delivering recurring financial dashboards and insights on revenue, margin, COGS, working capital, and EBITDA by channel
  • Analyzing landed cost trends and supporting operations in improving forecast accuracy
  • Building and enhancing Excel/Google Sheets models and automating workflows and reporting using AI tools and macros
  • Assisting in preparing finance packages and investor updates with high accuracy, presentation quality, and insight
  • Leading deep dives into cohort performance, pricing changes, product/channel profitability, or working capital scenarios

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
  • Experience with inventory-heavy or omnichannel consumer businesses preferred
  • Comfortable working with U.S. finance teams, time zones, and tools
  • High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (index-match, array formulas, pivot tables, scripting)
  • Strong analytical rigor with comfort in messy datasets, CSVs, EDI files, and working cross-functionally to fill gaps
  • Able to translate data into actionable insights for operators and executives
  • Able to overlap with New York business hours for 4–5 hours/day minimum

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have a solid understanding of financial concepts and be proficient in financial modeling and analysis.
