The successful candidate will be responsible for the full cycle implementation of accounts opening, sales negotiation, booking, development, management, merchandising, and monitoring of deliveries for our On Premise Alco Accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage the full cycle of accounts opening, sales negotiation, booking, development, management, merchandising, and monitoring of deliveries for On Premise Alco Accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including bars, adult entertainment, restaurants, hotel/motels, resorts, and any On-site establishment serving Alco and operating beyond 10pm.
  • Ensure timely and efficient execution of daily call out procedures (ISaraMoPO) for On Premise Alco Accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
Qualifications and Competencies:
  • College graduate with a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of extensive experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, preferably in the field of returnable glass business.
  • Proven track record of success in customer service, sales distribution, and sales management.
  • Holder of a professional driver's license.
