Anaplan Analyst Job Description

This is a critical role in supporting the Anaplan platform, ensuring seamless customization of reports and collaboration with the Business Technology team on model building.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Anaplan models to support business planning and analysis needs across the organization.

  • Customize and configure Anaplan reports and dashboards to meet user requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust Anaplan solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience using SAP, Power BI, and other mathematical planning or model-building tools. A basic understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and an operational background in Supply Chain are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Anaplan models to support business planning and analysis needs across the organization.
  • Customize and configure Anplaan reports and dashboards to meet user requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust Anaplan solutions.
  • Support current phases of projects (S&OP - Sales and Operations Planning).
  • Monitor and track all Informatica jobs, daily integrations with SAP and Snowflake monitoring.
  • Implement enhancements and optimize Anaplan models to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to Anaplan users across the business.
  • Monitor Anaplan system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Anaplan features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent.
  • Subjects focused on data analytics, data interpretation, and logic.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and an operational background in Supply Chain.
  • Experience using SAP, Power BI, and other mathematical planning or model-building tools is advantageous.
