Job Title: Analytics COE Manager

This role is a pivotal part of our organization's drive for innovation and excellence in internal audit. The focus lies on harnessing the potential of advanced data analytics, automation, and Generative AI technologies to elevate efficiency, accuracy, and strategic value in audit processes.

  • Enhancing Efficiency: Automating routine tasks boosts productivity.
  • Improving Accuracy: Minimizing human error in data processing and analysis enhances reliability.
  • Accelerating Decision-Making: Providing real-time insights facilitates informed decision-making.
  • Strengthening Risk Assessment: Analyzing large financial datasets identifies potential issues early.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with audit teams, utilize Generative AI tools, analyze extensive datasets, develop insightful dashboards, automate repetitive tasks, and stay updated on the latest developments in Generative AI and data analysis methodologies.

To succeed in this position, applicants should possess a strong foundation in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, accompanied by 7-10 years of experience in data analysis. Proficiency in data analysis tools, data visualization tools, and basic understanding of Generative AI are also essential. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, make a strong candidate.
