The Role:

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Cyberbacker, you will provide administrative support to our clients in a remote setting, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Transcription services for various documents and meetings
  • Preparing and organizing paperwork for clients
  • Scheduling consultations with clients and maintaining their schedules
  • Emailing weekly reports to clients and stakeholders
  • Updating virtual files and maintaining accurate records
  • Building and managing ongoing task lists for clients
  • Oversight of administrative tasks to ensure timely completion
