Strategic Talent Acquisition Expert

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team at ISTA Solutions. This key member will work closely with experienced professionals who prioritize employee satisfaction and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing top talent and identifying the best candidates for our rapidly expanding organization.
  • Screening resumes and conducting thorough interviews to ensure the highest quality candidates are selected.
  • Facilitating effective interviews and negotiating salary and hiring requirements with stakeholders.
  • Representing our company at job fairs and hiring events to attract top talent.
  • Generating reports for our Recruitment leadership and company stakeholders as needed.
  • Tracking staffing information and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Communicating effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Managing background and reference checks to ensure the integrity of our hiring process.
  • Coordinating onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of work experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field.
  • Onboarding experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using MS Tools and excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Makati and Mandaluyong.
  • Amenability to working flexible schedules.
