Portfolio Rebalancing Expert

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the portfolio rebalancing system and ensure effective implementation of investment allocation models. Your key responsibilities include managing client requests for funds, monitoring cash balances, executing trades on a weekly basis, and maintaining overall system functionality.

Key Objectives
  1. Develop and implement tailored investment strategies that meet client objectives and risk tolerance levels.
  2. Regularly assess portfolio performance and make informed adjustments to optimize returns.
  3. Monitor cash flows in client accounts and provide recommendations for efficient allocation of funds.
  4. Execute trades on a weekly basis to maintain optimal portfolio balance.
  5. Maintain the integrity of the Black Diamond portfolio management system and suggest enhancements for improved efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold a valid US-based securities license (Series 65 or Series 7).
  • Proficient in using portfolio management platforms, MS Excel, and other financial tools for tracking and rebalancing portfolios.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in Investment Management, Wealth Management, and/or Financial Advisory Firms industry.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of asset allocation, portfolio analysis, and rebalancing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
