We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a finance specialist.

This role involves managing budgets, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring the smooth flow of financial transactions. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business success through effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash flows and oversee the entire order-to-cash process.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of supplier statements and accurate accounting for PH Withholding Tax, VAT.
  • Liaise with suppliers, external auditors, and internal auditors to maintain seamless communication.
  • Support in preparation of schedules for internal and external audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to optimize processes.
