Key Responsibilities- Care Coordination (80%)
- Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a professional and welcoming patient experience.
- Collect, verify, and update patient information accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
- Schedule appointments efficiently and conduct initial screenings to direct patients appropriately.
- Manage patient records in electronic medical record systems, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and clarity.
- Provide pre-appointment instructions and ensure patients understand documentation and insurance requirements.
- Coordinate with providers, insurance teams, and staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Provider Partnership (20%)
- Conduct provider outreach and present company value proposition to acquire provider partnerships
- Handle high outbound call volumes
- Maintain accurate outreach records
- Track and report key performance indicators (calls, emails, meetings, conversion rates)
- Share insights on prospect feedback and market trends to improve strategies
- Proven experience in care coordination, especially in physical healthcare
- 1+ years of outbound sales experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong cold-calling & email outreach skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
