As the Project Director, you will bring your extensive expertise and leadership to oversee the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of a large-scale infrastructure initiative. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to its success.

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements. Execute and monitor project activities, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements specific to Roads and Bridges construction. Oversee the implementation of quality control measures throughout the project life cycle.
  • Client Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, maintaining transparent communication.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks associated with Roads and Bridges construction, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Proactively address challenges to minimize project disruptions.

You must have:

  • A Registered Professional Engineer
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in infrastructure (roads and bridges) projects
  • Preferred overall construction experience of 20 years
  • A strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
