Job Overview

Sophos is a leader in cybersecurity solutions, offering advanced threat protection and incident response services. As a developer, you will play a key role in implementing and optimizing our subscription management platform for businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate operational activities and collaborate with business partners to understand their subscription management processes.
  • Design and configure applications to meet business requirements, including product catalog setup, pricing, and billing rules.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolution or workarounds.
  • Develop user documentation and training materials on application functionality and best practices.
  • Assist with data migration and integration efforts, defining data mapping and validation rules.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Zuora development or a similar role using C#.net/Java.
  • Experience in developing features for enterprise-level applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to deliver work to schedule, capable to self-manage workload and priority effectively.
