We're looking for a creative professional who can fuel our growth by developing engaging content that drives results. You'll be responsible for collaborating with internal design teams and external partners to create high-performing ad creatives.

Job Description

This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to brief and request assets for paid campaigns. You'll source and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content, translating campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes.

You'll build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across multiple platforms, working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing.
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert.
  • Strong project management skills, comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once.
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics.
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to develop new workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
