Job Description:

The role of Senior Content Writer involves working closely with international clients to develop high-quality B2B content for digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing client expectations and collaborating with a team of creatives to produce cross-platform content and deliver effective campaigns.

This position requires the ability to independently research and develop engaging content, including ad copy, blogs, whitepapers, and digital campaigns. The successful candidate will have strong research skills, excellent writing abilities, and the capacity to analyze performance data to improve content effectiveness.

A key aspect of this role is communicating effectively with CEOs, CMOs, and other business leaders to understand their interests and execute on target pain points in all messaging. You will also be required to work with client stakeholders to develop and execute on digital content marketing strategies, including personas, brand voice and tone guidelines, and messaging angles for different stages of the marketing funnel.

You will be responsible for clarifying project requirements, establishing procedures for content operations, and setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for marketing copy. Additionally, you will need to coordinate priorities, identify dependencies or issues that may impact deliverables, and collaborate with the team to launch digital campaigns, solve problems, and formulate ideas to improve content and campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional Writing Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in professional writing, with attachments or links to published articles and long-form writing.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Advertising, Humanities, Journalism, Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Content Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, conversational, grammatically correct, and factually accurate content, making complex concepts easily understood and remembered.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically about content, with expertise in content marketing and demand generation.
  • Business Acumen: Familiarity and understanding of business and technology, with great research and organizational capabilities.
