Job Title: Creative Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative production manager to lead the development and execution of visual and creative assets for our company. This role involves hands-on creation of creative assets for emails, website content, paid and organic social media, and other marketing initiatives.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and adaptable individual who can effectively manage complex projects and coordinate creative teams to successful outcomes.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire creative production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. You will also work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to produce high-quality creative assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Asset Development: Actively create compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials.
  2. Project Management: Oversee the entire creative production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  3. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, and design) and external consultants to produce high-quality creative assets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within a creative or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams to successful outcomes.
