Business Intelligence Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned business intelligence professional to spearhead our analytical initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable insight engines, prototyping decision-support systems, and driving the next wave of analytics across high-impact problem spaces.

Your primary objective will be to serve as a strategic partner to the business, helping to drive commercial and operational levers through data-driven insights. You will work closely with internal client leads and external stakeholders to define analytical needs and translate them into high-impact deliverables.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes
  • Deliver strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing
  • Build and refine repeatable insight models that support benchmarking, campaign planning, and forecasting
  • Mentor junior analysts in developing storytelling, interpretation, and client-facing analytics skills
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a clear focus on client-facing, commercial, or strategic work
  • Expert-level SQL, with proven experience extracting and transforming large datasets
  • Strong communication skills, with a track record of presenting insights to external stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of cohort analysis, performance attribution, and outcome modelling
  • Skilled in Tableau or similar BI tools, with the ability to build intuitive and visually engaging dashboards
