About the Role

  • Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and best practices at all times.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of verified experience as a customer service representative within B2C or B2B contexts.
  • Proficient English communication abilities, achieving at least a B2 proficiency level.
  • Exceptional phone, email, and instant messaging communication proficiencies.
  • Strong organizational and time management competencies.
  • Technologically adept and well-versed in contemporary tools such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.

The ideal candidate will possess a proactive and confident demeanor with meticulous attention to detail, and be able to work flexible shifts.
