Data-Driven Decision Making in Performance Marketing

AS White Global is seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Analytics Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Performance and Digital team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective media strategies across multiple platforms.

This role requires a talented marketing professional who can evaluate campaign performance metrics, uncover critical insights, and refine strategies for improvement. You will work closely with clients and media partners to develop and implement strategies that deliver measurable success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement effective media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Foster strong partnerships with media collaborators.
  • Evaluate campaign performance metrics, uncover critical insights, and refine strategies for improvement.
  • Work closely with clients to share performance outcomes and offer actionable recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in the digital marketing landscape.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Marketing, Business, or STEM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Experience with performance media channels (Google Ads, Social Media Ads) is a plus.
  • Passion for analytics, digital marketing, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
