The role of Financial Accountant involves working closely with the Finance Manager to ensure the timely and accurate posting of accounting journal entries, as well as completing assigned monthly balance sheet reconciliations. The successful candidate will also assist with the external audit process and handle ad hoc tasks and project work as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing financial statements and reports
  • Reconciling KPOS to the accounting ledger for assigned areas
  • Conducting sales and margin analysis
  • Assisting in the budgeting process
  • Preparing the monthly BAS

The ideal candidate will have a degree-level qualification in Accounting or Commerce, and at least 2-4 years' experience in an accounting role. They should also have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and be familiar with SAP or similar accounting software.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Degree-level qualification in Accounting or Commerce
