Conduct thorough salary analysis on incumbents and new hires as input to promotions, adjustments, and job offers.
Prepare regular reports for upper management to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with the Payroll Head in developing work standards and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Forecast budget for salary increases and ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and employee benefits.
Ensure that all payroll and employee benefits are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- A minimum 5 years of solid experience in a role related to the delivery of compensation and benefits, and payroll processing.
- Practical experience with payroll systems, practices, and procedures.
- A high degree of computer literacy; working knowledge of HRIS and MS Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization.
- Highly developed organizational skills are required.
- Ability to maintain and manage information of a confidential or sensitive nature.
- A demonstrated willingness to engage in professional development activities to develop and improve new and current skills and to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization.
