About this opportunity

This is a leadership role where you will oversee IT audits and control assurance projects, as well as coach and mentor junior team members. You will be responsible for managing project portfolios and contributing to building trust in technology for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of IT audits and control assurance projects.
  • Assign, review, and finalize work for client delivery.
  • Cultivate and mentor junior team members to ensure their growth and success.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly, providing clear communication on solutions.
  • Participate in training initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Promote continuous improvement of workflow and service quality.
  • E nsure compliance with our organization's ethics and conduct codes.
Mandatory Qualifications
  • Hold a valid CPA license.
  • At least 7 years of experience in internal or external IT audits (including SOC 1/2 reports, ITGCs, controls testing).
  • A minimum of 3 years of team leadership experience.
  • Strong background in project delivery and quality management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI.
  • Previous experience with business process reviews.
