The Knowledge Manager position is a pivotal role within an organization's IT infrastructure.

This individual will oversee the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency, foster knowledge sharing, and reduce support costs.

Responsibilities

Key duties include:

  • Designing, implementing, and refining the IT knowledge management strategy to align with industry best practices.
  • Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and guidelines for content creation, review, and lifecycle management.
  • Ensuring the seamless integration of knowledge acquisition, creation, storage, distribution, and utilization across all aspects of IT Service Delivery.

This requires a strong passion for knowledge management and automation, coupled with exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

Requirements

Candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in IT Service Management, specifically in Knowledge Management leadership roles.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification; ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader preferred.

Demonstrated expertise in:

  • Technical acumen: In-depth understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux), hardware, networking, and IT security concepts.
  • Linguistic proficiency: Exceptional command of the English language, including advanced grammar, syntax, punctuation, and style.
  • Process & methodologies: Expert-level understanding and practical application of ITIL v4 and KCS 6 principles and practices.
