Join our team to become a key player in managing financial operations for assigned properties.

  • Maintain and update general ledgers for assigned properties by ensuring timely and accurate postings, reconciliations, and analysis of financial data.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports that accurately reflect the financial performance of properties under management.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and effectively, minimizing delays and discrepancies.
  • Reconcile bank statements, tenant ledgers, and other financial data with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Monitor and track rent collections, lease agreements, and security deposits to optimize cash flow and minimize potential losses.
  • Develop and implement budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate closely with property managers to ensure accurate reporting of property income and expenses, and provide expert guidance on financial matters.
  • Support annual audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls by maintaining robust financial records and documentation.
  • Assist with various accounting and administrative tasks as needed to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a strong emphasis on financial theory and practice.
  • CPA or equivalent certification is highly desirable, demonstrating expertise in accounting principles and standards.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP, to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address financial issues promptly.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing financial landscapes and regulatory requirements.
